LPG Geneva has a new address

LPG Fiduciary Geneva has moved its offices to a new location more suited to its clients' activities to rue du Cendrier in Geneva close to the Pont du Mont-Blanc.

Swiss companies located in Geneva must normally file their taxes on April 30 at the latest.

In certain circumstances, the deadline can be extended to September 30, and even later in unusual cases.

Swiss law also allows a deadline extension for VAT filings in certain cases.

LPG in Switzerland

On the company's 10th anniversary, LPG Group of companies opens a new office in Geneva. LPG Group adds this office to its others in Luxembourg, Romania, Bulgaria and France.

An auditor elected by shareholders is responsible for auditing finanacial statements and say if the books agree with the financial statements and are in accordance with the law.

However, companies must have a normal audit if they meet some conditions.

Nearly a third of Swiss companies benefit from the Swiss flat VAT tax.

This tax system allows Swiss companies who wish to simplify their administrative and accounting procedures tp apply a flat tax rate to their turnover to determine the amount of VAT.

In doing so, these companies are simultaneously exempt from filling out a real VAT declaration in Switzerland.
