LPG has witnessed the evolution of the real estate market in Romania for over 15 years and has published its real estate forecast for 2013 and 2014.
Since 2008 real estate prices have significantly dropped and this trend is expected to continue through 2014.
The average price per square meter at the beginning of 2013 was 1,100 EUR.
